Pam is an experienced realtor with a wealth of industry knowledge resulting in numerous awards for being a top producing and top customer service sales agent. Her success comes from providing the highest level of service and care to her clients, which has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor.  She honed her negotiation and advocacy skills during her previous career in the criminal justice system and has continued to utilize those skills as a realtor. Crisis management is not often considered a realtor’s job, but anyone who has bought and sold homes knows the process can be difficult and stressful. Pam knows what to anticipate, how to manage expectations, and works diligently and thoughtfully through a deal in a respectful and ethical manner. Pam has experience in every niche in the real estate market including selling luxury homes, working with first-time home buyers, military Veterans, and commercial real estate. She has comprehensive knowledge of the condominium market due to a background in condominium association management.  

Additionally, she has distinguished herself with a deep commitment to serving seniors, which led her to join the Forevermore Homes Team as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations. She is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified Aging in Place Specialist; she serves on the Executive Board of the Shoreline Eldercare Alliance, and she is an active member of the Shoreline Area Senior Network.
